Refunds

30 days, no argument.

If you bought something from us and it did not do what we said it would, email support@goroblacydigital.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. You do not need to explain yourself, fill in a form, or get on a call.

We would genuinely like to know what was wrong, because it is how the products get better. But telling us is not a condition of getting your money back.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten business days to appear, which is your bank's timeline rather than ours.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your portal or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate part months and we do not bill you again after you cancel.
